Refund Policy

At Himalayan Treats, we take pride in offering high-quality, all-natural treats for dogs, cats, and other pets. Each product is handmade, so slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur compared to the images on our website. As a result, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on these natural differences. Additionally, as natural pet food products may have a scent, we do not accept returns due to odor.


Defective Products


If you find that your pet food or treat is defective, please reach out to us right away. Note that while some natural treats may occasionally puncture their packaging, this is not considered a defect.


Storage and Freshness


Our pet food products do not contain artificial preservatives and should be stored in a cool, sealed container to maintain their quality. We recommend keeping all products in an airtight container to extend their shelf life.


Incorrect Items


In the event that we've sent you the wrong product, please notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit.


Return & Exchange Policy


If there's an issue with any pet food product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges for defective items. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For further details, please refer to our section on pest-related issues.


Pest-Related Issues and Solutions

Storage Beetles: These small insects are attracted to natural products and may sometimes make their way into pet food. If you notice any beetle activity, we recommend freezing the affected products for 72 hours to eliminate them. We advise storing all pet food in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for beetle issues if more than 30 days have passed since your order was shipped.Ants: While we ensure that our products are ant-free when they leave our facility, ants may occasionally appear during transit. If you find ants in your order, please contact us. While we cannot issue refunds for ant-related issues, freezing the products or using pest control around where the package was dropped off may help. We recommend using insect spray to keep ants away from your storage area.


Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled before dispatch, but please note that a restocking fee may apply. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
